Why are shultz pretzels so famous?

In 1892, Jacob and Anna "Kate" Shultz founded a bakery and began delivering oven fresh products by horse and wagon to neighbouring towns and villages. But out of all the creations that came crackling hot out of ole Jake's stone ovens, his pretzels brought him the most fame. Soon the bakery became known as, "The Famous Shultz Pretzel Company".

One of the oldest Pretzel bakeries in the country, "The Famous Shultz Pretzel Company" has come a long way from that tiny turn-of-the-century bakery. But some things just don't change. You'll find your pretzels still have that delightful old world flavour and that nutty, just baked freshness.
